I provide a non-judgmental, safe environment in which  individuals, couples and families can come to know and experience themselves in more positive ways. You are invited to share the gifts of your personal journey.   I offer some valuable tools for effective communication, including new and improved ways of talking and listening.   Communication exercises are used in counseling sessions and some are suggested for practice at home.
