I provide a non-judgmental, safe environment in which  individuals, couples and families can come to know and experience themselves in more positive ways. You are invited to share the gifts of their personal journey.   I offer some valuable tools for effective communication, including new and improved ways of talking and listening. Communication exercises are used in counseling sessions and are suggested for practrice at home.
